ORK 2.24.1 is here with new features, changes and fixes!

New

  • Unity 2019
    ORK Framework now supports Unity 2019 (use ORK for Unity 2018).
  • Combatants: Portraits
    ‘Portrait Sets’ settings available. Portraits are now arranged in sets – the combatant randomly selects a set when being initialized in the game. This can be used to have different portraits for individual combatant instancess of the same combatant.
  • Cursor Settings
    ‘Grid Battle Cursors’ settings available. Optionally use different mouse cursors during grid cell selections (placement, orientation, move command and examine selections).
  • Menu Screens: Inventory, Inventory Exchange
    ‘Empty Money’ setting available when ‘Add Money’ is enabled. Adding money without any quantity to the item list is now optional. By default enabled.
  • Event System: Combatant Portrait Set
    ‘Combatant Portrait Set’ node available in ‘Combatant > Combatant’ nodes. Changes a combatant’s used portrait set to a random or defined portrait set index.

  • Battle Settings: Battle Camera
    The ‘Battle Camera’ settings have been moved into their own sub-section in ‘Battle System > Battle Camera’ in the ORK editor.
  • Battle Settings: Target Settings
    The ‘Target Settings’ have been moved into their own sub-section in ‘Battle System > Target Settings’ in the ORK editor.
  • Menu Settings: Cursor Settings
    The ‘Cursor Settings’ have been moved into their own sub-section in ‘Menus > Cursor Settings’ in the ORK editor.
