Your questions in the community forum are answered on a regular basis – please check if your question (or a similar question) has been asked already before posting.

Your prime source of support is the community forum.
Additional support via email is also available. Emails will usually be answered within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) – please resend your emails only if you didn’t get a response within 72 hours.
Regular support is available Monday to Friday, there’s no guaranteed support on Saturday or Sunday.
You can receive support in English and German. Emails in other languages wont be answered.
Want to include ORK Framework 3’s logo in your game?
Here’s a pack with different variations and sizes of ORK 3’s logo.
If you need a different size than the provided versions, either resize one of the existing logos or contact me via email.

You need a special feature included in ORK Framework? Beside doing a feature request, you can also contact me for commissional work. There are 2 types of feature implementations available:
In both cases, you’d get early access beta versions of the features to test and see what needs to be changed.
